Installation of 132kV GIS Bus-duct at Chilime Substation
This transmission line passes through a very challenging terrain at a high altitude of 2,635 meters, making it one of the most difficult routes undertaken for a high-voltage transmission project to date. Once commissioned, the line will enable efficient evacuation of substantial power generated from the Trishuli and Chilime river basins, supplying bulk electricity to major load centers across Nepal, including Kathmandu. Jade Consult is executing this project in collaboration with POWERGRID Corporation of India Ltd.
