Hetauda – Dhalkebar – Duhabi 400 kV Transmission Line Project is a 285 km double circuit line project, which also includes three 220 kV substations at Hetauda, Dhalkebar and Inaruwa. This Hetauda – Dhalkebar – Duhabi Transmission Line and substations are part of the proposed Nepal India Electricity Transmission and Trade Project (NIETTP). Further, Dhalkebar Substation is the connection point in Nepal side for the first 400 kV Cross Border Transmission Line Project between Nepal and India, which connects Muzzafarpur in India. The line alignment passes through chure region and plain region of the terai.

Jade Consult Provided Following Services: Transmission Line: site supervision of check survey, route alignment survey, land parcel works, soil investigation works, soil resistivity test, tower foundation works, and tower erection works. Substation: site supervision of survey work, soil investigation works, electrical resistivity test, back filling works, transformer & repair section foundation works and road works.
