·        Preparation of the Updated Combined RIPP (Resettlement & Indigenous Peoples’ Plan) Report in accordance with the national laws, regulations and ADB’s SPS 2009, which includes:

·        Prepare and /or update land acquisition and resettlement impact assessment based on selected route alignment and substation details.

·        Review of Contractor’s environmental health and safety plan (EHS) and recommend revisions as necessary.

·        Review of Environmental Monitoring Plan and prepare the checklist as per EMP to ensure its compliances.

·        Conduct routine inspections at project implemented site to ensure compliances with all approved documents (EMP, contractor’s EHS) and ensure that the RPs are in compliance with ADB’s SPS 2009.
